Deployment Services

VITEC offers a comprehensive, end-to-end deployment service in order to get your system set up and working efficiently in the quickest time possible.

The Deployment Process

Discovery and Planning
We will discuss the requirements of the customer, speak to all involved parties and agree milestones and deadlines and organise the timeline for remote or on-site commissioning.
Network Preparation
We will advise the customer and all involved parties on what is required to ensure the network is correctly configured for the VITEC system.
End-Point Installation
We will advise the customer and all involved parties on what is required to ensure that the end-points can be installed successfully.
Server and Hardware Installation
We will advise the customer and all involved parties on what is required to ensure the server and physical hardware can be installed correctly. For deployments that include a Virtual Machine, we will advise on the virtual installation requirements.
Commissioning
Once all hardware and end-points are installed, the VITEC Project Manager can handle the commissioning process either remotely or on site. During this stage of the process, each system will be configured based on the network requirements, use case, desired video quality and latency, expected audience and other factors discussed at the planning stage.
Training
Training sessions can be completed either remotely or on site as part of the final steps of the deployment and hand-over. Each training session can be customised and focused on the VITEC products installed and the specific use cases for the installation.
Solution Hand-over
Ongoing support is transferred to the VITEC Support Team.
