Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, the Broadcast Account Manager will help drive sales in North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate complete confidence in their skills to research, locate, win, and maintain relationships with prospective companies. The successful candidate will be able to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and leverage those relationships to identify, qualify and realize potential commercial opportunities.

Essential Functions:

• Will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers and partners to effectively drive sales for the company.
• Present and demonstrate products to end users, consultants, integrators and resellers.
• Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, prepare reports and presentations.
• Produce accurate and realistic monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
• Remain knowledgeable and current with industry trends and competitive landscape
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing management.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base.
• Direct goals to achieve sales and profits within a region.
• Directly responsible for own accounts and sales numbers.
• Must be comfortable traveling to customer and potential client sites within North America. Travel no less than 30%.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience of similar sales experience tech.
• Motivated self-starter, capable of operating autonomously and driving sales.
• Proven track record with demonstrated success as a sales professional.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and a challenging workload.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have knowledge in selling proAV solutions to Broadcasters and Media companies.

Personal Qualities:

• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with proven technical sales experience in a high-level, fast-paced sales environment.
• Have experience managing relationships with end users, integrators and industry partners
• Display entrepreneurial spirit, have a self-sufficient and engaging personality with excellent relationship skills and follow through.
• Confident and resourceful under pressure.
• Driven and highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Resilient and tenacious.
• A willingness to embrace challenges and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly desirable or combined education with related work experience preferred.
• Proven work experience in a technical sales role.
• Proficiency with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• IT or computer proficiency.
• Skilled at demonstrating technical products. Technical acumen.
